ER Plus Risk Management Group Inc. was established in 1996.  It was founded by JF Landry from a desire to form a company in the business of saving lives.

JF Landry had a vision of creating an all-encompassing occupational health and safety service provider to include consulting, training and contract safety personnel services.

ER Plus Risk Management Group Inc. focuses on establishing the systems, information and skills necessary to prevent and mitigate workplace accidents. By addressing workplace risks,  ER Plus saves lives, reduces injuries, protects property and equipment, and saves businesses money while meeting their legal responsibilities. 

We have a varied and growing client base, and through them we have experience addressing the unique challenges and risks of diverse fields such as utility maintenance and construction, building construction, marine industry, heavy industry, health care, government agencies, the entertainment industry, the service sector, and special events.

ER Plus has over 45 safety professionals on staff.  Our staffs' expertise encompass a large range of skills including individuals with CRSP designations with more than 20 years of industrial experience, Certified Health and Safety Consultants, Construction Safety Officers, Confined Space Rescue Personnel, Occupational First Aid Attendants and Safety Program Instructors.

We are a WorkSafeBC Training Partner and a Canadian Red Cross Training Provider.  ER Plus Risk Management Group Inc. has $5M in Liability and Errors and Omissions (E&O) Insurance. 

To reflect the challenges of each client’s workplace, our services are customized to reflect their specific needs – we do not simply provide a "one size fits all" solution. We want to provide clients with customized services.

Since 1996, ER Plus Risk Management Group Inc. has worked on projects at YVR, the Vancouver Aquarium, the Skytrain Millenium Line, Coast Mountain Bus Company, Cirque du Soleil, many GVRD municipalities, and the Greater Vancouver Regional District.

We are a proud supporter of various non-profit organizations such as Canucks Place, The Dogwood Anti-Poverty Society and The Kehila Society.
